Our Mission
The Mente Calma Healthcare Foundation exists to make mental health support accessible to those who need it most.
Through community outreach, free resources, and partnerships with organisations, we work to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and ensure that those who need help can find it.
What We Do
Community Outreach
We go into communities to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and connect people with the support they need - meeting people where they are.
Free Resources
We create and distribute free mental health resources - guides, toolkits, and educational materials - to make quality information accessible to everyone.
Support Networks
We facilitate peer support groups and networks that provide safe, non-judgemental spaces for people to share, connect, and heal together.
Training & Capacity Building
We train community leaders, educators, and frontline workers to recognise mental health challenges and respond with empathy and confidence.

What We Have Done
Past Initiatives
Here is a look at some of the programmes we have run through the Foundation.
Many Conversations with Dr Calma
An honest, anonymous online conversation for students - 25 spots, one conversation, no judgement. Students submitted their most pressing mental health questions (the things we sometimes wonder about but never say out loud), and the first 25 entries joined a live session with Dr Calma. Lucky participants also had the chance to win free gifts on the day.
"Your question might be someone else's question too."
What Is Coming
Upcoming Programmes
We have more community initiatives planned for later this year.
DV Support Group - A Safe Space for Survivors
Mente Calma is opening a confidential support group for survivors of Domestic Violence (DV), led by a psychologist. A safe, supportive space to be heard without judgement or pressure, connect with people who understand because they have lived through it too, share only what you feel ready to share, and begin finding clarity, support, and a way forward.
Access at a reduced fee, made possible through the support of the Mente Calma Health Foundation.
